This indoor playground has separate zones by age, stuff that actually challenges older kids, and a soft area where you don’t have to worry about the little kids getting in the way of the big kids. We made it part of our ride back home from Llanogrande.

A private cooking class with your friends, a legit chef, and a team of extra hands cleaning your station. Amaze. Amaze. Amaze.

They offer classes for all kinds of cuisines — pasta from scratch, Argentine empanadas, baking, desserts, and more. You pick the menu and they match you with the right chef.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before my first filing season. Because the thresholds are WAY lower than you’d expect, and yes, DIAN totally knows you’re here.🕵🏽‍♀️

It’s called the “declaración de renta”, and if you’ve been in Colombia more than 183 days, you might owe one.

This post covers the basics: residency rules, the five triggers, and what to set up before August. It gets more complicated if you own property here, have a business, or earn Colombian-source income, but this is the starting point.
